Just try to claim able students at high level of education system 

Developing and developed as different formed words. Something developing is mentioning every aspect still raw, not ready, needing time, hard to believe it can do something individuality. Then, development is something well done, able, no doubt to trust and they can do by themselves. Students come from all the way in the back of the world, Island of Papua. Papuan people are  mostly uneducated people, they live in very traditional ways. There are not too many instructions and big road visits from one place to another place. Papuan people always walk. So sometimes these people have difficulty reaching other parts of the regions. However, Papua island is so rich in nature that we can not find  any other place on this planet. It is full of mining, forest,rivers, wildlife and land itself so plentiful. The only problem Papuan people do not have adequate ideas to manage their nature. People just mix up life, they do everything the traditional way all the time. People are collectivists and they waste a lot of time hanging out in the group every day. 

All students do not become independent, just depend on their families and people around them. In the school performance, 95% of Papuan students are not confident. The views of people from other regions Papuan students are not ready, they need time to catch up with other people. When Papuan  students join a developing school they always feel overwhelmed. I am one of them and just try claims that can do well with others. Even their level of education background  is higher than mine.  I always think I will reach them in any way so the only way that I do is always RUN to reach them and do something as much as I can. Now I am getting there to be part of where the group called well done students. This not only me but I courage all papuan students have to be already to compete this era competition in every aspect. Again, I remind to all teacher who teach people must love papuan students, give proudly spirits or motivate whether you are kindergarten class  through universities.  Papuan students! Stop, Stop, Stop buy certificates and teachers don’t destroy the gold generation in Papua.
