WHO do you love, you love yourself or someone else before you? Also, what does love mean to you in your personal opinion? We can respect and love someone or something . However, the more important and before we love someone including our family, friends and partners. We must love ourselves by doing these things; eat a healthy diet, clean our shelters, and build our personal intelect. 

Firstly, the recruitment of selves’ love is to eat the right food every day. We must consume breakfast, lunch and dinner. . In other words, we don’t eat fast food because we are being lazy to cook and select fresh food only. For example, we have to go to the grocery store and buy potatoes, vegetables, fruits, and well meat. Then, we cook ourselves and eat. Those kinds of food can help to stay healthy free from any illness.

Second, if we live by ourselves, we have to clean our place routinely. Cleaning our shelter is crucial because we live in a convenient environment that makes our circle of life extremely great. Just imagine if we live in a chaotic room: trash is everywhere, our blanket smells too bad, it disturbs our attention from enjoying our life. Therefore, our places should organize all of the possessions we have in orderly. Last, knowledge is human power. Everything around us is mostly naturally there. Only humans act to organize them. For example, leaves go down in front of the house, it cannot go away itself. That leaves stay there until they become rotten to give a negative effect to us like getting sick from its smell. So, we must build our knowledge to manage everything around us. Also, knowledge gives ideas of what better action we can take to make sure everything is going in the right direction and we live in safety.
    In conclusion, the signs of love ourselves are consuming healthy food, protecting our houses and knowing a lot of information to handle everything we have. If we put those in our entire life, our life, teachers, are great lessons. Creating ourselves first is more important before everybody else. I love myself, love yourselves before others.
