Why do all young Papua people want to be a parliament?

Have you ever thought about why all young people in Papua want to become parliament? What makes/motivates them to be that certain job? Who leads them to think only that job is only one job? Behind that career, have you ever thought a job is better for you to do so you can make money or sometimes called make a living. There are so many jobs for example, teacher, nurses, police, businessman/women, treasurers, secretaries and so many more. All these jobs are important and make every city a great place if all people are citizens. All I see about my cities Malagai and Mulia. People think the prominent or significant jobs are only three; parliaments, a head of villages, and offices. I have a big question mark for this career. Why do people really love and want only these? What about other jobs that I made listed above? Even young children or babies also want to become partlements. I have been in the school my previous life from first grades to twelve grades.

 This is my personal experience. In junior secondary school, I used to stand in front of classmates and lead them to do what the teacher told us to do. After I  graduated high school, I went to high school. In that school the same things. I took a lot of time to lead and stand in front to talk with classmates. In the university, similar stories, I was selected as a captain class. So, I used to think I will become parliament in the future and the other day. I heard from one friend who said the same thing that he wanted to become parliament representative of his village. Now, I realize why I want that particular job?/ That job seems easy and it is one of the most important to take responsibility for the communities. Everybody's  dreams of a career for only 5 years and other jobs give opportunities to foreigners and they take advantages. We are all in one bucket and it kills our skill and talents which we do all things.  

How about if we are good at teaching other people so other people can become better at something in our community? Maybe some of them have great abilities but they don't have mentors to lead/guide them to people they can be in the future. Teachers are the most important job in the world. If we change the world, we need to change human’s life first because humans change the world, start from themselves, small communities, all villages and change more widely to other nations. Also, another great  career is doctors or nurses. These crucial jobs can help people to live. Something polices officers which makes everything secure. In this particular job, we can imagine all people in one city parliament.They question who can protect the cities in every creature that lives there. Police officers are important but why do people think this job is boring, hard work, difficult, not adequate income and so on to make this useless. A lot more but the last job I really want to mention is business to become a businessman/woman. 

When people hear about world business. Most people are terrified of it. Why? Do you know the reasons? The adjective form of the word business is “Busy” meaning active;y doing something. Full of activity or work. It sounds terrible people will not have time to stay happy, and relax. But why do people always study, hangout with people and think/worries about life. Further, why people want more money, and want to have a nice house, car, and have a good life. That's all called busy. So, I want all people to consider becoming a businessman and woman is not a good idea? People have to understand business and do it, they are making every city, nation, even all the world great places. 

They learn manageable skills, work hard to make sure everything is going well. We all need to observe this world. All the rich people are only businessmen/ women. Even they create jobs and make all people happy to have income. So,business to do business is more important on this earth. Therefore, now I want to answer and give a challenge to all Papuan students who want to become parliaments because they make a lot of money, work very simple jobs, and like to have public eyes. That is not a really good answer, it might be great. But we need to think that we are all in one bucket and other jobs . Some people take enormous benefits. 

In conclusion, the answer of why all young Papuan want to become parliament is very clear. We can say it makes more money, easy jobs, and to have public eyes. However, we all miss to do all great jobs such as teacher, doctor, police officers, and to become businessmen/women. These jobs give other people the opportunity to take advantages from it. I really hope all Papuan youth must understand this situation and put their skill, talent, and knowledge which they learn from their school should put every area to make our land of Papua lovely island to stay.
